Yes! Whitewood Hollow is perfect for elopements and intimate ceremonies. We offer special packages tailored to smaller guest counts.

Wedding rentals include access to the barn, Custom Built Farm Tables, Benches, and Chairs, Food Display Tables, Mini Bose Sound System, Portable Heaters and Fans, Vintage Bar and Beverage Coolers, Vintage and Industrial Lighting and Décor, Scamp Trailer, String Lights. We’ll work with you to customize your day.
Is there a bridal suite or getting-ready space on site?
Yes, we provide a private suite for pre-ceremony preparations and a barn loft full of natural light perfect for photos. It’s included with all wedding bookings.
Can I use my own vendors?
We recommend selecting from our handpicked list of trusted vendors who know Whitewood Hollow well. This ensures a smooth and beautiful event experience. Outside vendors may be approved upon request.

We’re just 15 miles from Downtown Nashville, Tennessee, nestled on 6.5 acres of private countryside.
Is there parking on-site?
Yes, we offer parking for up to 80 vehicles, with space for vendor access as well.
Are there restrooms available?
Yes, we have one restroom with a shower available for all events.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes — the main barn is wheelchair accessible. Some outdoor areas feature natural terrain and rolling hills that may be harder to navigate, but golf carts and similar transportation are welcome for guests needing mobility support.

How far in advance should I book my date?
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for weddings and 3–6 months for other events to ensure availability, but don’t hesitate to reach out, we might just have availability for you!
