    • Full use of the Barn and Property for up to 4 Hours with an Additional 1 Hour Rehearsal or Walk Through the Day Prior, if Needed. 

    • Chairs, Benches, and Farmhouse Tables for Ceremony and Reception

    • Vintage and String Lighting

    • Catered Dinner by Milk and Honey Food Co. for up to 30 Guests: Includes 1 Appetizer, 1 Salad, 2 Entrée Options, 2 Sides, Bread, Tea, Lemonade, Water, and Professional Catering Staff

    • Day of Event Insurance

    • 10 guests: $4,900

    • 20 guests: $6,775

    • 30 guests: $8,650

    • 30 guests maximum, including children. If guest count exceeds 30 individuals, a revised contractual agreement and fee structure will be submitted.

    • Champagne Toast 

    • Additional Venue Hours, two (2) maximum, $450 per hour
